The illegal contact penalty was really bad too. It looked more like OPI to me (well the ball wasn't thrown to him but you know what I mean).

The illegal contact wasn't terrible, but the DPI is why uncatchable exists, and they didn't even discuss it.

"Uncatchable" seems to have stopped being a thing years ago, for whatever the reason. You rarely see refs wave off DPI because of that anymore.

Ok yep Seattle's offense seems hellbent on throwing another game and their defense is desperately trying to keep them going.

Why does Love keep trying to throw the deep ball? Its always an underthrow

Didn't see any of the game, but not surprised to see Green Bay make two of the worst defenses in the league look good in back-to-back games with 11 and 13 days respectively to prepare for each.

The check down RB was wide open too. But that entire last drive was a comedy of errors. Stupid penalty. Injury that burns a timeout because this team is apparently made of glass this year.

The fact that coaching is not able to get this offense going in the entire first half again points to their perpetual ineptitude.

Here it is fellow packer fans, a team that is absolute ass in every facet of the game. Run game, pass game, oline, coaching, run d, pass d, and even special teams joined in on the suckage, and players are getting injured at an apocalyptic rate.

At this rate, forget the rebuild. Just burn this entire shitshow to the ground.

Every year for the past five (?) years or so I'm like "wow the NFC North is the worst division in football" and then every subsequent year they somehow look worse.

If it's not an underthrow, it's an overthrow because he is a bust drafted by an incompetent GM. The Packers will be lucky to get 6 wins with an extra game played, a much better defense, and much easier schedule than the '08 Packers, but for some people, that will still not be enough to see this dude sucks.

All we can do is hope against hope this guy somehow by some miracle unbusts and turns into a different player than he's shown on tape through 3+ years in the league. Maybe he'll pull a Geno Smith at some point if he hangs around the league long enough, but that'll be too late for the Packers.

In weeks 1-3, Love looked good. What changed? Injuries and coaching. Losing key players at RB, OL, and WR hurt, but play calling has been really bad. Love is either throwing check downs or deep bombs. What happened to the midrange pass? If I recall, in weeks 1-3 he was fairly effective with those. Now it's nonexistent.

Love definitely has a deep ball problem and it is very concerning, but let's remember that he is getting no help. Young receivers, ineffective RBs, bad coaching. Aaron Rodgers didn't make the playoffs with this team last year, and it now has less talent this year. What we were expecting exactly? For Love to somehow do better than Rodgers was able to, with LESS talent?

It's ok to shit on Love, but just remember that the whole team deserves to be shit on, including coaching and GM. I'm not sure any other QB would be faring much better with this team tbh.

This is fine and all but no need to defend Love either. He's not a good player.

I don't disagree there, but it's not as though it's everyone else dragging him down. He's plenty bad on his own when he's not being hurt by bad playcalling, bad route running, or bad blocking. I wouldn't criticize him so heavily if he was playing decent football while we found other ways to lose games. As it is, the only game I've seen him play that would remotely justify this organization's drafting and pivot to him as starter was the comeback against New Orleans.

He had all day to throw to very open receivers against Chicago and was mediocre at best against Atlanta. Since then it's been all downhill against the worst defenses in the league, so he's not showing any improvement either. I didn't see today's game, but he made absolutely awful decisions and throws against the Raiders the game before, and the team around him is not good enough to mask his deficiencies.

I took the under because I didn't expect Miami's offense to do much (that 2 yard pass attempt on 4th and 10 was great), but I was sure worried that last Eagle run was breaking for a TD.

As a Packers fan, I'm glad I chose not to suffer through today's game.

Loverboy has a lot to prove still. I'm hoping he learns some lessons but part of that is on coaching - LaFleur doesn't exactly have my vote of confidence given how he had an abnormal amount of time to prepare for both the Traitors and the Broncos, only to have the team come out looking completely uninspired against a genuinely bad opponent both times. The same issues shouldn't keep happening. It's largely coaching.

I know part of the issue is that this team is very young and inexperienced, but I don't think they're getting enough out of their coaches to grow as players. The lack of veteran teachers doesn't help our offense much, either. Were some people expecting too much? Yes. But I'm still disappointed despite expecting an 8-9 or 7-10 record going into the season.

We were fortunate to have Rodgers for as long as we did, even if his primadonna ego became a distraction over the last five years. As much as I am glad he's gone, I still appreciate how much he brought to the field.

But if one guy needs to get his walking papers, it's still Joe Barry.

Joe Barry should have been gone last season, if not earlier. The Packers have spent too much on defense to keep getting these same results. Hiring Barry in the first place was a horrible move.

At this point I say let them keep losing and get better draft position next year. If you're not going to make the playoffs, why fill up the win column. If it wasn't for them being so lucky in New Orleans they'd be 1-5, and on track for a top 5 pick for Gute to use on defense.
