This isn't an account ban - it's a captcha service ban. Essentially, hCaptcha is a captcha embed company that has banned NexusMods for overuse of its service and not adjusting pricing. Before NexusMods was banned by hCaptcha it had a warning of 'overuse of service' or something like that - I followed the link, and it's nothing to do with the signed on users. It's NexusMods itself, which they'll just have to fix by changing to a new captcha service or removing it entirely. I just received this email from support, Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue and our team is currently looking into the problem. Your account has not been banned, this is an issue with the hCaptcha widget. Thank you for your patience. Best regards, reddit came through ... Copied to Clipboard!
