Had a couple of flat crashes
No one sang during the dramatic "Dawn Has Come" scene. The NPCs just mimed in silence (which made Solas looking confused hilarious) until Solas came and pulled me away from the awkwardness
A Dragon I was fighting just stopped moving and stood still for several seconds while I kicked its ass before remembering it was dying and doing it's "call allies" roar
I've got stuck in walls a couple of times and had to swap to another character.
Random NPCs just stop talking mid conversation and wander off.

Feeling more like Bethesda than Bioware

Never had any major bugs with the game myself across Xbox, PC, and PS4.
