The moment they said were like a family here, the mentality is work hard play harder I suddenly wanted to be anywhere else doing anything else. I dont even remember what other words were said. I havent even answered their phone calls afterward.

I think like 90% of interviews Ive ever had are the same. So if I dismissed every place that said that I wouldnt have a job. Ive long accepted that Ill never actually enjoy my job. But I do like the work somewhat.

In my experience it means the long time employees can say or do (or not do) whatever the fuck they want and nothing happens because theyre part of a well established, unbreakable clique. Its a sexual harassment buffet.
