The point I made which I even underlined was that those apps do not make you tip. Tipping is entirely optional, and you can get your food without tipping a single cent. The idea that you won't get you food in good condition or at all if you don't tip, is not true. Not everyone is going around committing felonies by tampering with the food, or not taking the order at all.
