I know some people who were always upset their burgers weren't cooked well enough.

Others upset their orders are wrong.

They would mutter under thier breath about the quality of the workers these days, etc.

A highschooler can do the job effectively.

I was an adult working burger King and I sometimes fucked up. Everybody does. I only fucked up a order in a heavy rush though

Actually never had a manager called on me.

Dumb asses always blame the cashier.

I've told people. Check your damn receipt. If the order is wrong on it the cashier fucked up. If it's correct on the receipt the kitchen staff fucked up

My fuck ups which where rare as said came in a heavy rush. And it was stupid shit like if it Said no on a bunch of condiments my mind got fucked up and thought it said only. Cause in a rush I didnr wanna waste time keep rechecked the order

Never thought about that cause my family is tight on that shit. My mom may call in the order and I go pick it up but she tells me exactly what was ordered

Looks like the issue you have is with the company not giving enough of a shit about the end product. Imagine how long an insurance company or auto repair shop would keep an employee that didn't do their job competently because it was cheaper than paying a more skilled employee a living wage.

It's not the same as fast food. People just gotta be extra. Your order is fucked up go talk to the manager. Be nice about it and there's a decent chance you'll get it fixed and it be free or have something extra thrown in for free. You can be mean about it and get the same thing but depending on the manager they might ask you to not come back. Seen it happen.

Now the cashier will be happy to get your order fixed too but they ain't got the authority to refund your order (and you still get it) or add free shit.
