North, South, East, West. That's it. Any attempt to adjust this physically won't let you. This only applies to your body's movement. You are free to break this law with a car or any other method of transportation. Also, your degrees of movement starts when you wake up. So if someone theoretically moved you while you were sleeping, you are now forced to move in 90 degrees from that initial center axis.
