Reminded me that iirc they revealed Rashid (a middle eastern character) for street fighter 5 in September and on the 11th to boot (may not be right about that)

September is the last month of the Summer anime season, with most anime being 10-12 episodes in length. Statistically, about 25% of all anime have their 11th episode air this month.
