I like BBTS for their flat rate shipping, but they may be coming to amazon as well. They are kinda spotty on the PUPs, but a good majority do come through there.

Pop Up Parades are great figures for the price point. A lot of the Banpresto figures are nice as well for coming in around the 30 dollar mark. And they make them for a ton of different franchises, so odds are you can find a character you like.

Also just got a shipping notification that my Ilulu is coming in after about a year and half of waiting. She was a bit more pricey.

The face on that second one just doesnt do it for me.
