I really love the unrestricted access they give to the entire world, and the presentation/cutscenes are up there with the best Zelda has to offer. The Master Sword scene was absolute S tier shit Dungeons were a huge improvement over BotW as well, and stack up on average to most other 3D Zelda dungeons. The Lightning temple was especially interesting to go through For sure a solid 9 for me. (Went down the list) I skipped most of the Koroks and a quarter of the Bubbulfrogs. I think the story in its detail is 9/10. The story as a sketch is not but the details make the game.
