Some of us had pitbulls that were not like the mutts that you keep flapping your gums about.

I personally had a pit bull mix that was extraordinary for a dog and convinced my family he thought of himself as human. He even let my cousin (who was ten at the time) paint his nails.

Personally, I lump you with the miscreants on the Pokemon Boards whose only mode is "Pokemon sucks, LMAO!".

If you actually want a decent and actual discussion, be my guest. When you hyperfixate on one singular topic and bash everyone who disagrees with you, you aren't acting in a healthy manner and should be reprimanded.

Its true. Gunplagirl said it about my Pitbull puppy when she was alive. She said that I have to give her to authorities and have her euthanized and if I refused that I belong in jail.

1. That is still very different from "breaking into people's homes to kill their pets."
2. Messages like those are deleted when they pop up. Saying shit like that has never been allowed here. It's not a legitimate subject of debate in these topics.
3. Gunpla and Pound garden are both banned and have not posted here in a long time. Rika continuing to argue against the swiftly deleted messages they've posted is like beating a dead straw horse.

There was hardly any condemnation or outright none from the regulars of these topic. They gladly ignored it while continuing to post and repost the same meme pics. This is why these topics and regulars in them come off as unsympathetic even if they themselves didn't say they support killing peoples pets

Their response to the sentiment that owners should be held accountable for the actions of their dogs resulted in something like "blame the owner" being added to some bingo card or some shit. These people absolutely are disingenuous

Pitbulls are already banned in the UK, they are expanding on breeds now. I think I read the Bully XL is the next to go.

Because it simply isn't worth engaging with hyperbolic unrealistic draconian responses. If I come across some horrific shit on gamefaqs, I don't bother condemning it, I just hit the report button and move on. Doing anything else is a waste of time and energy, and here you are continuing to make GPG and PG's arguments for them just to continue arguing about them even after they're long since banned.

It has been proven many times that many of these owners were good owners. The insistence that the owner is always at fault when a dog attacks is a straight up lie.

I'll be fair and post some of my own: I'm fat, don't exercise, don't eat healthy, spend too much time indoors, have thin skin both figuratively and literally, scared of loud noises, scared of needles, don't groom myself as often as I should, dependant on others to do things like laundry and heavily dependant on psyche meds and sleeping pills to function.

Well, this has taken a turn for the really fucking weird and irrelevant.

I don't know about you, but I don't mind being honest about myself when it comes to people acknowledging their faults.

Sure, I may play the sexy succubus because I have body image issues, but I can talk about myself even if it's unflattering.

It's a tact I find many people here lack.

Eh, I don't see the point of this little exercise but fine, I'm myopic, have sensitive ears,
kinda don't care much for undue noise levels (bark bark), basically can't store energy,
really fond of procrastination, usually wake up exhausted, overly critical about all things existing.

I have no idea what sets a dog off. But they are mammals and humans too some times
struggle to fight their genetic programming and instincts. And like most things exploited by humans,
several dog breeds are bred with obvious flaws, such as the bulldog, noted for its breathing difficulties.

That's fair. I have suggested in the past we should breed the aggression out of the pit bulls that are causin' problems. No one seems to want to acknowledge that.

My pit bull mix was as docile as he was because he didn't take after his mother, who was aggressive.

We have no idea who his father was, and we don't his ultimate fate as my mother gave him away when she fled the family and ghosted us. I'm certain he's now passed on, but I still wish I at least got to say good-bye to him.

And because of the way we have bred dogs like pit bulls, it doesn't mean they have failed us - we have failed them and I feel that to wouldn't be fair to them to suddenly wipe them out of existence when we caused the problem.

All in all, I think being tactful about a problem should be the priority, not the haphazarded takes some of you have presented in the past.

Its amazing to me that with so many dumbass gimmick shit on this site, the only thing I see consistently called out are pitbull topics.

I had good doggos therefore the countless articles about pitbull attacks are irrelevant despite pitbulls being the breed that vastly outnumbers the other breed of dogs in attacks and deaths to humans/dogs

It's grating when a user does exactly one thing to pester folks.

It also seems from my research on the matter than German Shepherds are neck-and-neck with pit bulls on the amount of attacks on humans and smaller dogs here in the US.

Yet only pit bulls are called out because of their association with dogfighting and thugs.
