i actually tried it again recently. the first time i beat it i thought it was really boring and mid, but not bad per se
this time, i got bored an hour or two in. i find pretty much everything about it to be boring. the world, the characters, the combat, the traversal, etc. gave up completely this time --- My fate was the grandest, most brilliant of them all. ... Copied to Clipboard!

The needle being the only weapon you get really drags the game down.

Eh, the 2nd playthrough of HK was way better for me. I was way too frustrated getting my ass kicked the first time, which caused me to dwell more heavily on the game's flaws (the one-note tone of the setting / level design, the too-minimalist story, etc). I enjoyed the game a lot more with some prior experience under my belt.
BotW is the first game I think of nowadays that you can only play the first time once. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. ... Copied to Clipboard!
