Despite the shortcomings, it is one of the few games or the only game to have 4 big locations with nearly every building that you can enter and have full interiors as well. There's also a handful of other settlements/colonies that are also quite big and lots of npcs and have their own stories to tell. Every npc that's quest related are fully voiced and they have lots of different lines depending on what dialogue choices you make. Ship building is quite a massive feature as well. Pretty much my opinion, closer to a 9 because i'm just having a blast with it, like all the other Bethesda games like it.
