I wouldn't date a dog owner. Dogs are too active and this makes the owners too active. She'd probably want to go hiking, disgusting.
Also every dog I've met is terrified of me for some reason. I had to take care of a dog once while the family moved and it just did not like me going near it. Someone else had to take it for walks because it would legit start howling if I got too close. It's a neat trick though, I wonder if it would work on pibbles. --- My maid will hear about this. ... I'm sure this is just confirmation bias at work but I've never met a single pit bull owner that wasn't ridiculously trashy or problematic in some way. I have no idea what the connotation is.

Sure. I'm good with dogs, but Texas legal carry gives me a peace of mind if the damn dog starts biting me on my leg out of the blue.

As much as I distrust pitbulls, I would give it a shot. If she raises the dog to not be in attack mode and ends up being very sweet, it could work out
