I feel like the only leverage I have over my younger peers, is the fact that I understand the dumb subtleties of rules and know that not everything is immoral just because it's illegal. Similarly, not everything is moral just because it's legal. Basically, experience has taught me to loosely think about the consequences, and as a result, I have experienced success from the amount of time I've saved from otherwise pondering. For example, instead of thinking that asking how much a person makes is rude, I just went up to the guy with the nicest Armani suit and asked him what he did for work. He told me he was a stock broker or was it mortgage broker? I wasn't really paying attention as I was mesmerized by his shiny hair and his bravado masked by his false exuberance and strong cologne. Anyways, after much talking he somehow convinced me to sign up for his course. The moral of the lesson is: not caring will open doors of opportunity for you! I have now paid for his level 3 seminar and I'm reassured that his level 4 will make me become a millionaire.
