I've only lived in one city (St. Petersburg, Florida) for more than 5 years, and that stopped feeling like home to me when I visited it after I had moved away, my parents and most of my friends had also left. I'll go with birthplace for this topic I guess, since its what ends up with the biggest distance. I have zero memories of it though.
