My game save got corrupted last night. I went and deleted the game save and started it back up. It says "Failed to load save data Select OK to try again" Still nothing. I then delete the game and update data off my PS4. I reinstall it all and still get the same message?

Anybody have this issue as well?

Om PC, in %appdata%/ArmoredCore6/<big ID number>, I hav>
AC60000.sl2
AC60000.sl2.bak
steam_autocloud.vdf

the .bak ome is for exactly that: every FromSoft game makes two saves every time it saves, so that if your first one gets corrupted, you have a backup.

So I would see if you have a backup save you can rename to take the .bak off.

I typically make manual backups of any autosave-only game, but I didnt do it here and have had no issues. All I have left to do is finish S-ranking everything.

Yes, but theres probably still a backup save. Its just a question of whether the PS4 UI will let you get at it, or if it just transparently falls back to it when the main save fails, which may mean the backup is FUBAR too.

You can look in storage under the game and see what saves are shown in there.

I found out what it was. All I had to do is restart my PS4. That's strange though. Never had to restart my ps4 due to corrupt data.
