A new biography of Elon Musk confirms that the Tesla CEO had a previously unreported third child with his ex-partner, Canadian musician Grimes.

The child, whose age has not been made public, is named Techno Mechanicus and goes by the nickname, Tau. Journalist Walter Isaacson, whose biography of Musk is set to release next week, is the first to confirm the couple has a third child, according to a New York Times review of the biography. Isaacson was given unprecedented access to Musk over the last two years.

Accounting for Techno Mechanicus, Musk now has 10 known biological kids with three different women.

Musk and Grimes, born Claire Boucher, first announced their relationship in May 2018. Since then, the couple announced the birth of two children. Their first was born in 2020 and named X A-Xii, or X. The couple revealed news of his little sister, Exa Dark Siderl Musk, who goes by Y, in March.

Musk and Grimes have since split, but the musician has previously said their relationship is "fluid."

Isaacson's unreleased biography has also garnered attention for the scoop that the SpaceX CEO interfered with a Ukrainian offensive attack in Crimea by disabling nearby Starlink coverage.

Musk later tweeted that he never turned the satellites off, instead claiming the satellites were never on and that he refused to activate them. Musk said he feared the planned attack would trigger a nuclear response from Russia.

Techno Mechanicus is a better name than X A-12. Not sure if it is better or worse than Exa Dark Siderl though.

Depending on the state they do. Mostly just as a sit down talk at the hospital and mostly for new parents. Helps keep teenage parents from doing some of the more stupid stuff new parents can do.
