Say you need a plumber, and plumber says he'll come to your house at 12pm. At how much time after 12pm do you call for an update, if the plumber doesn't show up?

The couple of times that this happened tocme I waited 15 minutes at most, by which time I had to leave anyway. Those service companies generally reserve a four-hour period of your day already, so if they're any later than that, it's totally on them.
