I've always dreamt of having superpowers that make life easier but the rules of the universe don't allow anyone to have super powers unless they are incredibly low key. No one can know you have them and are using them to enhance your life.

My Power
I could use super alchemy to turn dirt/soil into any other object, as long as I had enough mass to create the desired object. No knowledge of how something works would be necessary, just you just have to have seen the object in real life or a photograph/video.

My powers simply won't work if in the presence of someone who can witness them. That means even if they blink or look away for a second it should work.

Though probably wouldn't want a house appearing or of no where.

Maybe I could make and sell houses to rich people in exotic places.

Selling silicon chips sounds like an easy way to make money. That or other electronics.

I could create low income housing in the middle of nowhere for the government to distribute.

Answer Talker from Zatch bell. It grants the user the intuitive ability to instinctively know the solution to any question, problem, or situation. The user immediately knows the solution to any question, problem or situation they happen to face and automatically formulate how to overcome any obstacle. They automatically understand the mechanics behind any issue or concept they face and know what must be done to solve any problem.

Essentially, they ask a question in their head and know the answer immediately without explanation. Hence the name, Answer Talker. So I ask, "What is the numbers of the winning Powerball prize of 1.x billion dollars?" And I get the answer. I ask, "What is the location of uncut diamonds closest to me?" I get the answer. I ask, "What will happen to _______ stock in a week? In a month? A year?" I get the answer. I ask, "How do I cure ________ cancer?" I get the answer.

It's also the most low-key power because you can literally know if anyone knows about you having it or if they will find out that you have it. Worried about dying? Ask "Will I die today?" Imprisonment? Ask "Will I get caught in a crime today?" Sickness, injury? Ask, "Will I get ill/hurt today?" If yes to any of those, ask "How do I avoid _______?" It's literally the power of god.

you know those junk PC bioses that have no safety checks and let you set the clock multipliers to ridiculous impossible values? i'd use my PC to bruteforce one of those cryptography breaking prize things by running it at 300GHz

Being able to see 6 hours into the future. Even ignoring the obvious of knowing the lottery numbers before they're announced, I could make so much money sports betting. Imagine one of those underdog games where everyone expects the team to lose, and you bet everything on them because only you know they're definitely going to win.

Since this is stealing, authorities would be looking into it. If death note taught us anything and it's possible to be found even if you just writing things in a notebook.

How do you think creating and selling houses with no construction involved is subtle and wont get noticed and have authorities looking at you?

I think the only real answer is a knowledge based power, be that a controllable future sight kind of thing or even just super deductive reasoning powers, that will let you do things like win sports betting, make money at casinos, and invest your winnings in the most profitable stocks.

That does seem like a more showy way of using that power. Pretending to own a mine and turning dirt into a raw material would be more subtle.

Selling the materials for the house instead of selling the house itself is more subtle. It'd be like money laundering, set up a business where you can conceivably make X but you're actually making it through ill-gotten means. Hell you could just straight up do money laundering, but government agencies are specifically looking for money appearing out of nowhere. The inspectors of a mine are checking for safety concerns and compliance with environmental regulations not if the hole size matches the output size. However it'll eventually get weird when someone notices the mine isn't growing, so pick an industry with less oversight and there will be less notice.
