I'm talking pokemon used on humans. Electrodes used as bombs. Charizards used as flamethrowers. Koffing used as chemical weaponry.

They'd be fine. Pokemon attacks just temporarily disrupt the nervous system causing harmless fainting. Flamethrower cant burn grass, and self destructing doesnt even harm the pokemon at the center of the explosion, nevermind enemies. Poison gas and toxic sludge just makes you sleepy for a little bit.
