There's a certain technique on how to make white meat moist. Also, this is where sauces come to play.

I had someone at a grocery store talking shit about me the other week for asking for dark meat pieces of chicken after I walked away & they thought I was gone, subtly gaslighting me into thinking I was r worded or something until I looked up online & double checked I was right after the fact.

Both. Dark meat tends to be more juicy and flavorful but I still occasionally get white meat and it is delicious and plenty juicy too. It just depends on what I'm making and what type of bird. If you are drying out your white meat you aren't cooking it right.
