It's a magic-focused FPS like Heretic. I hear it's fairly short but so far it's been a solid, no-frills fun singleplayer game. Been enjoying it but not sure I'll finish it before Armored Core drops...
I wasn't gonna buy it but my brother did so now I get to play it. Not sure I'd spend $70 on this game but you could do worse if you're itching for something new. It's an EA game but there's no MTX as far as I can tell. It's from EA's "Originals" publishing wing which has a decent track record of games (A Way Out, It Takes Two, Unravel, Wild Heart, etc) If you like games like Doom you'll prob dig this game --- If you rise up to heaven I'll turn the sun to blind you If you sleep deep in hell I have chains to bind you ...
