The trick is to know it's hypocritical from the get go. People always ask me for advice beecause I already know all the wrong answers from personal experience.

I told someone online about inner confidence and love helping you be more attractive while nowadays I think I should take that advice myself more than telling others lol. Granted the person I said it to was really self loathing and I only really have confidence issues
