IMO, justified. Harden is being a little bitch and has been abusing the newly "player power" the NBA players has recently found. Philly is a great team for him and they have a great chance of winning a chip so I dunno why the dude is whining.

The fine isn't for calling Morey a liar, the fine was because "he indicated he would not perform the services called for under his player contract unless traded to another team" when he followed up calling Morey a liar by saying he wouldn't play for any team that Morey was running ...
