I'm a supervisor at one of USA's big package delivery companies, at one of their giant sorting facilities (we process multiple millions of packages every day. )

I've been there about 6 years.

I think I hit six years full time this year..

I oversee tutors for a college.

5 years as a disability support worker

I've been working in the horsing business for an eternity.

College Professor, about to start my 7th year. Just got tenure/promotion in May

It's a bit complicated. I work the front desk at a hotel. I worked there for about a year, then quit due to bad management and a particularly bad situation.

I was gone for a year, and got call that the place was gutted from top to bottom and all the corrupt management was gone and that they wanted me back. So I went back, and for 2 years it was the best job I've ever had. The new management actually cared about the employees and understood the job. Then the corporate geniuses compared the pandemic profits with new management against the pre-pandemic fudged numbers... And gutted the management again. Brought back the old corrupt one who immediately started fudging things to look better. I lasted about another year before I couldn't handle it any more and quit again.

Was out for 9 months and they called asking me to come back again. This time only for 2 days a week, and on my preferred shift. I've been back again for 7 months this time, and I'm mostly on 2 days a week... But sometimes I get put on full time in swing shifts for a month at a time.

So, all in all right at about 5 years, off and on over the last 7 or so.

In the Air Force, Ive been an avionics tech for 16 years (currently a reservist).

At my civilian job, Im an engineering technician currently testing superconductors. Ive been here almost 2 years.

15 years
Working maintenance on particle accelerators.

Certified Pharmacy Technician 15 years

13 years, software engineer.

Design Engineer 6 months
Just got a government job in Washington as an EE. Start date is Sept 25th.

7 years in a few days. Project Estimator for Division 9.

Ive been working for a volunteer powered global disaster relief non-profit for almost two years now. In that time I went from construction site supervisor to operations assistant to logistics coordinator while on program and then got hired into the off program Logistics department where I have been for the last eight months.

Customer service for a medical distribution company. Been doing this a little over a year and a half. It's WFH which is nice.

However, I'm usually bored to death every day so I'm actively looking. A place I used to work at is wanting me back so after my vacation I think I'll apply there...

Work Graveyard shift at a Kroger store... Been doing it 11 years, night crew since the beginning...

Dental lab technician - 15 years

My main job is making sleep appliances for sleep apnea, snoring, and clenching/grinding teeth.

Forklift driver at Costco for 15 years now.

Ten years, licensed vet technician

10 years, sysadmin

4 months running a screen-printing press for a print shop.

Although, in total I've worked there for about 6 years. I worked there in the past and returned 4 months ago after spending the last 10 years working elsewhere.

My dentist set me up on a Vivos appliance with the goal to uncrowd my teeth, open up my nasal passages and improve my sleep. Pricey but i think in the long term it's gonna be pretty awesome. He said my literal face will look different over time because of it.

Checkout supervisor at a supermarket. Been at the job for about a year and a half, been a supervisor about a year. I think they're wanting to make me 2IC, but I'm not overly keen on it.

Over 17 years, working in receiving department at a warehouse. Used to love working there, but 5 or so years back our company got bought and things have been slowly going to shit since. I'd like to get a new job but if I get paid less I won't be able to afford to live.

5 months with the federal government

At this specific job, just short of 3 months now. Career for 19 years.

I like what I do but this company is a bit confounding.

I manage pharmacy operations for a specialty pharmacy (ie everything but clinical counseling)

I've been with the company nine years. I've had this position for 17 months.

Almost a year retired now. Before this I owned a small business for 18 years.

i drive a school bus. i'm probably gonna quit this year tho

Elementary teacher. Coming up on year 13 after my summer break ends next week.

3 months doing data entry. First office job I've had after only working food service and retail. Can't complain about the hours and pay, but fuck I already feel my soul being sucked away. If my gf didnt work there Id quit by now
