Microsoft put a stop to using emulators in the series x/s's retail mode earlier this year. Through the actual BC its still running at 30fps. Still makes you wonder if dudes managed to get the game running at 60fps on a emulator then why rockstar with all of their resources a.k.a. money could not easily do the same with their newer ports.
