It's a pseudo-reality show where they set up a fake trial (wrongful termination/worker's comp claim) and, under the guise that they're making a documentary on what it's like to be on Jury Duty, they record the whole process. The "twist" is that everyone on the show, save for one person, is a scripted actor. So the real show is this one guy's reactions to the ridiculous situations they are all put in throughout the trial.
