So yes, I do think the police were overly aggressive in their handling of that person, but I think it's going a little too far to describe the event as police "deliberately" ramming his head through the glass. Cops push people up against car windows all the time and they don't shatter. Hell, even discounting the actions of police, other people and objects collide against car windows all the time and they don't shatter like that either. Those windows were obviously damaged beforehand because they shattered under conditions that they should normally be able to withstand. If the owner of that vehicle didn't have the back windshield shatter because of the actions of overzealous police then the same exact thing would have happened because of a pothole or because they hastily tossed their own belongings at it. --- Who is?
