hypothetical: krillin tien and yamcha are all dead and in the afterlife where they don't have physical limitations (remember goku did ssj3 no issue when dead but when back from the dead had trouble maintaining the form)

they find a door to an afterlife hyperbolic time chamber where 1 normal day in the afterlife = 1 trillion years in the afterlife time chamber

also the afterlife time chamber houses spiritual manifestations of any and all great teachers/trainers/mentors/masters of the DB canon universe, these manifestations are willing to train krillin tien and yamcha for all 1 trillion years no exceptions

is this enough for the humans to catch up to current saiyans? is it overkill? or not even close? i only know bits and pieces about DB Super btw

The 7th Universe's human level is low because of Shin's inexperience and Beerus sleeping all the time.

Ignoring that power levels are arbitrary and can fluctuate for plot reasons, constant eternal training would presumably lead to results surpassing the gods of the universe. There seems to be differing potentials, but we've never seen a hard cap on anyone's strength. If I were to fancy to put more thought into it than TTT, I would say that the power levels are relative to the Mortal Level of the universe, and more importantly, the relative power levels of the people around them. That's really the only way to explain why some characters stagnate (Future Gohan and Future Trunks) despite years of fighting.

We have seen hard caps, but they just stop for plot reasons as well. Like Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo basically couldn't get any stronger during the Cell saga and it was made a point of contention that only Gohan could do it.

i read a small summary of that spin off which i know isn't authored by toriyama/toyotarou, if i remember correctly doesn't yamcha hit a hard limit where's he's like uhhh im not useful anymore sometime in that series? i think he realizes he's not enough for Cell or something, i did not read the actual manga so correct me if im wrong

I think he voluntarily jobs because otherwise Vegeta never hooks up with Bulma which means there's no way to get Goku the heart medicine or some stupid shit like that

general question to anyone willing to answer, how strong is the current strongest human in dragon ball canon right now? like whoever it is, is said human equalish or close to power to super saiyan goku on namek? or still not even close? or way beyond that level?

i am aware of krillin sparring with super saiyan blue goku in the anime but people say "goku holding back there champ"
