"Only mustard" precludes cheese. Thus it's bun + patty + mustard, or a hamburger.

Mustard is the royalty of condiments.

It's been around in some form or another since, at least, the Zhou dynasty in China (1000-200 BCE). Furthermore, it became recognizable as the mustard we know with the Romans. (mustum ardens or "must" and "ard")

And the kings of France and England were using it by the 11th and 12th century, respectively. At least, that we have records pointing to their use.
