So I�m talking like the 10-16 year old kids. The middle to high schoolers. I legit can�t walk into a store anymore without seeing almost every kid without parental supervision stealing something. The person who works there might say to stop and then the kids just curse them out. A kid the other day wasn�t paying for a drink and when the cashier told him it wasn�t free the kid said �suck my dick pussy.� This kid couldn�t have been more than 13 or 14. Some of them graffiti. Some of them just make messes just to make messes etc. I�m not saying this has never happened before in history but I can�t imagine every single parent out there is just trash tier. This truly seems like the most disrespectful little shit generation I�ve currently come across. Anyone else notice this? Do you have a band of young hooligans terrorizing your local stores? I�m from Philadelphia btw. I think part of it is crime has just been become more and more the norm maybe. You�re allowed to do now what you weren�t allowed to do 30 years ago and in many places cops can�t do shit. I�ve seen kids curse out cops too.

People were doing this 15 to 20 years ago when I was that age. I think you're only seeing what you want to see, you have selective memory or both.

Theres so many different kinds of discipline to begin with and honestly I dont know if they do or not. Now days the kind of discipline that was done decades ago many consider child abuse.

That kids needs a bar of soap in his mouth, but there will always be bad apples and good apples.

It depends on how their parents raise their kids. I've seen those kids who haven't been disciplined by their parents grow up to be entitled shits. Leave their trash everywhere and expects others to clean it up, horrible work ethic, no courtesy at all, etc.

Like I work at a small airline, I've seen one of the pilots who is in their early 20s, just hangs around in my office, kicks their feet on the desk, and plays their annoying TikTok videos loudly. Probably came from a wealthy family (like most pilots do) and not disciplined at all.

Honestly I think yes. I hear a lot more cursing among super young kids than I ever did in the 90s. Not to mention that adults seem to no longer care about what vile content they expose surrounding kids to since smartphones are a thing now. It's a top-down problem.

Kids are not a hivemind. Some are rude, some arent.

However, kids dont take crap from abusive parents or authority figures now, thanks to social networks.

However, as a teacher, i will say that some parents just dont pay attention to their kids, and the kids get into a lot of trouble that never goes checked
