The poster is from a Billy Meier photograph that the people from The X-Files took without proper copyright acknowledgement. Billy Meier is an old Swiss guy that took a lot of 'UFO' photographs in the 1970s that people loved and believed to be real. He made a lot of claims about being visited by aliens called the Plejarens, which he said he'd been in contact with since he was 5 (so 1942). His photos have even been auctioned off for lots of money. Thing is though, he's admitted once or twice in interviews to them being models. His ex-wife also said this in 1997.
