Yup. As an ADHD person myself though I can't say tolerating chronic and severe lateness is a reasonable accomodation in most jobs. Not really a laziness thing but most ADHD people suffering it absolutely are capable of adapting to it enough to hold a job medicated or not. They need to learn to prepare more things the day before, set clocks ahead to give them more urgency, and in general start getting ready earlier.
