The DBZ dub I believe is considered pretty good by the usual standards. The problem isnt so much the voice talent but rather the script theyre working with.

I watched Naruto subbed first and cant stand the dub. I also watched DBZ dubbed first and have no issue with it subbed.

Im one of the few who didnt hate Linda Youngs portrayal of Frieza. I thought she made him sound suitably alien. But his DBS voice (Chris Ayres?) is the best by far.

I also prefer Fat Buu in English since the high pitched simpleton helps sell the effect over his more generic Japanese voice.
