Yes. They don't seem to care. Also later in video he did a sword celebration and American media tried to claim everyone in Japan thought he was disrespectful due to a teammate. Turns out in Japan the teammate apologized and team is encouraging him and fans to do the samurai sword celebration.

The incident took place blocks from where I grew up. Kind of a big story in town at the time.

On topic, overseas, alleged sex crimes aren't always treated the same way as they are in the US. That's part of the reason he went to Japan.
