Empoleon was pretty good before Steel got nerfed. It was OU at debut which is more than can be said for most starters these days, including the original 3 kanto and johto starters. It's also never dipped below UU when stuff like Scizor and Gyarados have fallen into. So it's one of the better mons. --- </topic> ... Copied to Clipboard!
