But yeah, it was a billionaire asshole (redundant?) who started that brouhaha, so I think it was really about gatekeeping more than anything. SuperExcitebike 07/13/23 9:55:00 AM #4:	Any brunch menu food has a bad reputation in restaurants because it's so easy to make at home. People literally go out and pay $15 for scrambled eggs. Avocado toast is awesome though. There's so many ways to make it too.
