This is my first time having frameless lenses. Kinda interesting. One difference I'm noticing is that I can see the frames on the outer portion where they screw into the lenses. It doesn't bother me, though. I'll probably end up ordering another set of these. I got:
  • Sapphire tint transition lenses
  • Anti-fog
  • "Digital HD lenses for sharper optics" (Shamir Spectrum lenses)

I really like them so far. I'll probably end up ordering another pair of these with gray tint transition lenses and maybe a 3rd pair with one more color.

I paid $457 for them. The frames were $135 and the lenses were $302. I also got a $10 protection plan. I'll have to see how much my vision insurance will reimburse.

I'm not familiar with James Oro as a brand or most brands of glasses in general, so I'm not sure. I had been needing to get new glasses for a while. I had ben looking at a few different styles and then I saw an ad pop up for these on Facebook. I liked the design a lot, so I figured I would try these out.

My old frames were Versace, but I didn't get much other than transition lenses on the old lenses, so I don't think they cost as much as these.

Interesting. What does digital HD lenses even mean in this case?

"Digital lenses provide sharper image quality, better peripheral vision and improved contrast sensitivity."

Nope. I was in a spot where I needed a new eye exam. The old glasses worked OK, but things in the distance were getting a little blurry.

One of the nose pads on my old glasses also broke off recently, which is what made me get 5he process started. I could still wear them, but it was time for some new ones.
