Current Events > I want a Dragon Ball arc where the main villain

TMOG 06/16/23 2:04:41 PM #1:	manages to gather the Dragon Balls and wish all the aliens away from Earth forever, then they start their master plan to conquer it. This is a villain who recognizes that every time somebody tries to do an evil scheme, a bunch of aliens show up to save the world. So he puts on his red hat, gathers the Dragon Balls, and wishes that they "go back home and can't come back." As a result the Dragon Balls themselves are no longer in the picture, since Dende is forced off the planet as well. None of the Z Fighters who have even a little bit of alien blood are around to fight. Goku and Vegeta are trying to get Beerus to help get them back to Earth, but he's asleep. It's down to Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Yajirobe, Androids 17 and 18, Videl, Mr. Satan, and Master Roshi to fight this threat. Bulma can provide some tech-based support, maybe get Pilaf's gang to pilot some mechs. I think the best way to fix things would have been to just ended with the current cast, time jump, and then just make everyone scale better from there. It sucks so much that so much of the cast isn't viable for fights. Not just "unlikely to win" not "must fight in pairs," but just straight up "can't do any damage to their opponents." He was born on Earth, his home is Earth, he has nowhere else to go and he also identifies as a human. Whoever makes the wish would have to be very careful with how they make the wish if they want Gohan, Trunks, Goten and Pan to be expelled from the planet. I actually don't have a problem with 17 getting stronger with training. He was already stronger than Super Saiyan at the time, so him having from the time of the revival from Cell to post Goku Black seems fairly reasonable for an amount of strength to get. It's certainly less than Goku's and Vegeta's, but still allows him to actually keep up. To be honest, the only way they could truly fix the power gap is if they stopped relying on transformations for things, and instead made people have to learn techniques to win. Like they need to hard cap Goku, and if they make him get a new transformation, it now just does different things rather than a power boost. This is a villain who recognizes that every time somebody tries to do an evil scheme, a bunch of aliens show up to save the world. So he puts on his red hat, gathers the Dragon Balls, and wishes that they "go back home and can't come back." As a result the Dragon Balls themselves are no longer in the picture, since Dende is forced off the planet as well. None of the Z Fighters who have even a little bit of alien blood are around to fight. Goku and Vegeta are trying to get Beerus to help get them back to Earth, but he's asleep. It's down to Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Yajirobe, Androids 17 and 18, Videl, Mr. Satan, and Master Roshi to fight this threat. Bulma can provide some tech-based support, maybe get Pilaf's gang to pilot some mechs. Meanwhile, the non-human Z Fighters are trying to gather another set of Dragon Balls from another planet so they can undo the villain's wish and go back home. The anime at least tries to treat them decently by comparison.
