Wandering__Hero 06/07/23 11:43:11 AM #6:	Smeargle is fantastic if awkard to use. Skarmony and Blissey were among the best OU pokemon for several generations. I think they were the best in gen 2. Tyranitar was great despite its crappy typing before power creep hit it. Heracross used to be pretty cool. Suicine and Raikou were OU mainstays before, once again power creep got em. Dunno what they were thinking with Entei though. ANd Lugia and Ho-oh.. tough tbh Ho-oh was always one of the worst ubers, it feels more like OU-BL than ubers Though I do agree there's a lot of crap this generation and it seemed to have some wierd reverse power creep. --- Rip Politics board. Blissey, Skarmory, and Tyranitar have all taken hits in viability because of the power creep, but are still somewhat decent in competitive play even 20+ years after their release. Heracross, Steelix, Umbreon, Espeon, Raikou, and Suicune were all decent for their generation. They eventually fell victim to the power creep, but are all still usable in lower tiers today. Skarmory still pretty great if you want a physical defense wall you can set up hazards and phase Pokmon out. Choice band tyranitar is still used and any Pokmon that can set up stealth Rock is still useful as well as having a weather and amazing special defense. Suicune is God tier with Max health , max defense, calm mind, rest sleep talk and scald. He can't get statused, has amazing bulk, typing and he can burn the opponent as well as pressure stall.
