should i rock salt n peppa or dye it out later

two weeks of growth, still has yet to really grow out to potential. was contemplating dying it out after it grows in more or just keeping it natural. facial hair is the only place on my body where i have white/grey.

thanks for the feedback.

i think it's just something i'm not used to yet, so maybe after it grows for a few more weeks i'll be able to come to a determination about if it's right for me or not. as for now, i am not used to seeing grey anywhere on me as i usually shave.

The gray sticks out greatly, but guys are not held to nearly the same standard on that type of hair as women, so the choice is yours

My best friend has black hair, but since he was like 19 has had right in the front a greyish white streak. He dyed it for a while, because reasonable self confidence. Stopped when we were like mid 20s and now has hair your length with the streak to match. Honestly it looks badass. I (jokingly) call it his Mr Sheffield.

oh definitely, this is true in regards to women vs men. i think there's also upkeep to consider as well. not sure if i'd have the discipline to keep up with it every few weeks, or if that would get annoying quickly.

I would dye it for now until you can get the full S+P look when it's covering the full beard. Mine grows grey only on my chin and I was told it doesn't look right when the rest of my beard is still my normal hair color.

Looks good, roll with it. I'm in the same boat, just my facial hair is getting some white in it.

hmm, yeah that is a fair point.

thanks, yeah it's strange that it started there, hoping my actual hair holds out for a little while longer.

You don't have to get used to it. I found my first gray hair (on my head) when I was sixteen. I'd estimate that about 10% is gray now. I dye it because I don't like it.
