On Work nights I try to go to sleep between 10-11PM, since I have to wake up for work at 6:30 AM

On days off, I am more likely to stay up until midnight or 1AM and sleep in until after 9 AM

Same here. Sometimes I go to bed around midnight or a little earlier. Sometimes I don't go to bed until around 4am.

I have no set bedtime. Even if I have to work early, Ill sometimes stay up past midnight. It depends.

11pm to midnight is when i sleep, sometimes later, maybe 2 at the very latest.

wake up anytime between 7am and 9am.

Usually 6pm-ish. I like getting up two hours early before my shift (at 4am, 15 min drive) and easing into the morning. Podcast, coffee, read, breakfast etc
