Try multiple types of sake, since like any wine, some people prefer them drier/sweeter, and some hate dry/sweet wines. You've got quite a dry sake there, in your hands.

You shouldn't be heating Junmai Daiginjo style sake, serve it chilled. Otherwise you risk ruining the delicate floral, and fruity aroma and tastes.

This. It's also the easier type to get into compared to what TC has. I still haven't gotten a taste for the dry stuff.
