My Facebook got randomly hacked and I had stupidly used my full name and photo (I know, I know). Thankfully, nobody posted anything, but if someone had used my account to make hate speech or a call to violence, it could result in me getting fired or getting swatted.

The reason that its not entirely resolved is because the criminal goes unpunished, as usual with cyber crimes. As long as I regained access to my account, Im able to delete it to prevent this happening again, so thats the most important thing right now.

You literally cannot contact Facebook. They operate only with self-help FAQs and most of the time when you follow them, you get an unexplained error. It took about a month of trying to finally access MY OWN account. Now the account is deleted and I can move on.

I also signed a lease on a house. The house hunt was keeping me at about a constant 7/10 on the stress scale and the identity thing was another 3/10.
