Mods are weird. Like, someone could get suspended for saying something bigoted or threatening, and you will also get hit if you call them a moron.

While I agree with her politics, her post style annoys me. Like, I understand she has a disability, but she has technology to help get around it. Spell check can alleviate most of the misspelling. And also, proof reading doesn't hurt. These are two things that I don't think a disability can prevent you from doing if you are stable able bodied enough to post.

But aside from that, I agree with her politic and I like seeing the right wing get mad over it.

Ive never had a problem reading her posts, and there are other people without disabilities who could definitely benefit more from that advice than her. Seems a little onerous here, tbh.

Also, one of her prior suspensions was actually over a typo.

So it has consequences still.

AceMos gets suspended and placed into Purgatory a lot because of how rude they are to anyone that disagrees with them. Its the same attitude Gunplagirl had. I agree with most of their political views, but thats it. And they make a lot of bait topics to start arguments. Did it a few days ago on the TOTK board.

Mods honestly make little sense on this website. There are trolls who make shitposting accounts on the sports boards that get banned regularly, but 261 had users who repeatedly engaged in things like genocide denial and regularly going to bat for dictatorships who just got suspended.

you never get "just suspended"
suspension is the account status you're in until admin decides appropriate action
typically ban or purg, and rarely a warn

This topic went alot further than I thought it would. We made a lot of progress here.

As far as I can tell Acemos is a decent person that gets really heated when dealing with complete fucking jackasses and then gets in trouble. I have some sympathy for this.

AceMos is a very toxic user, so I don't blame others for celebrating this. Her attack on Fandom for shutting Politics down is very bad. There's no excuse for her actions.
