Political discussion isnt the issue. Its the abusive language part, and it makes sense. Very rarely was there actual discussion. Most topics posted were impulse posts where the TC rarely participated in the discussion. These topics then turned into meme fests, multiple users dogpiling one user, and alot of trolling. One recent example was a user twitternewsd something about republicans making it ok for doctors to deny care based on their own beliefs. The twitnews included a claim that it already happened as a trans individual died due to a first responder refusing to render aid. A user asked for a source for this, and was immediately set upon by the usuals. I was also curious about this. After searching, the only thing I found was an article from 5 years ago. Might be the nail in the coffin for the boards on this site if they do follow through with the generality that can be interpreted in that message. I get it, this is a video game website, but social boards are what people stay for. Did the TOU change yet to reflect political discussion being off limits?
