Not going to post that shit here since I find it disgusting and obviously against TOS.

It depicts a man getting sucked off by a much smaller person (Obviously a child), bound with their hands tied beind their back. A lot of people are defending the painting saying its expression, but fuck that. How are there laws against pedophillic drawings, but a piece like that is celebrated in the art industry?

It recently got vandalized because of the controversy and Macro Emmanuel Macron denounced the vandals, defending the piece as well.

You could look it up, although I wouldn't recommend it. Its disgusting tbh. Its on the news and on Twitter as well, happened recently.

Edit: Whats funny is that there were news articles reporting on it, but refrained from showing the actual picture. That in itself speaks volumes.

I think you can talk about a subject without depicting or expressing those actions on paper with imagery.

Reminds me of the Cuties movie on Netflix. They were outlining the downsides to sexualizing children....by sexualizing children on screen. Its pretty stupid.

Ah yes, the cry of those offended by art since the dawn of time "I understand what it's trying to represent but I don't want to have to see it and thus feel it because it makes me feel funny".

Absolutely nothing about the kneeling figure looks childlike to me. The closest thing is that they're smaller, but they're only a head shorter than the figure that's obviously meant to be a pretty tall dude.

That said, it is basically just abstract bondage porn, so I can see why dumbass right-wingers are mad about it.

I like that to represent the absolute greatest of evils in your point you go to lolis not like literal depictions of child sexual exploitation or murder and death and destruction but lolis.

There's this one porn comic where Zeus is watching the news and is really disappointed with how we turned out, so he wants to wipe out human life. But he doesn't want to do it violently, so he sends the god Priapus down to turn all the men gay.

There are real Hollywood movies that have fully nude scenes of real children in them that you can legally purchase right now.

The woman looks like she draws aliens, I'm not sure how anyone could determine the ages of Sesame Street looking motherfuckers.

Cahn whole career has been focusing on physical/sexual abuse towards women and children.

She's been doing this for about 50 years. And instead of actively helping out with these issues (donating time or money, sharing tips/advice/hotlines/resources for people, etc..) these people want to react violently to a woman's work.

None of these people actually care about the actual crimes so long as they don't have to see it. Out of sight, out of mind.

Thats probably a good point. Outrage does seem to turn a lot of heads nowadays especially.

There should be no line. Honestly, this Paris art is kinda tame compared to a lot of art I've come across (guro rape, etc), but I wouldn't even call for the most fucked up art I've ever seen to be illegal. It's off-putting, but whatever, it wasn't made for me and it's just a drawing.

She's made her entire career speaking out on these issues. It is meant to shock the viewer but not in the most basic definition if that makes sense.

The piece is about something that's actually happening in Ukraine right now. Maybe that's what people should be mad about and not the art of it.
