Summary Friday at work, this 4 or 5-year-old piece of shit is open-mouth hacking on every surface imaginable, including putting his face right up against the hole in the plexiglass shield where I pass money/tickets back and forth with the customers. His dipshit dad didn't do anything to stop him, especially when he started passing his debit card to me, and the kid coughs directly on it. All dad does is literally say "good boy" and keep holding it out for me. I immediately disinfect and sanitize every surface I can reach from inside my booth after they step away, but I guess I didn't act quickly enough. Yesterday I started feeling really sick with a sore throat, and today I woke up even worse and thinking "this feels familiar". I go to the urgent care today and tell them what happened, nurse does the swab and then the doc checks me out. Doc says she didn't notice anything and it all looks good and from what she can see it should just be a cold, but when she comes back in with the test results she says that, yep, I was right, it's early strep. Last night was awful. Every time I went horizontal I had a coughing fit, and then I spent the whole night sweating under my blanket because I was also getting terrible chills out of nowhere. Woke up today and my lungs are just in pain. I don't think this is just strep anymore. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I wonder if i had it last week. My throat was giving me hell. I just assumed it was a cold but it was kind of uniquely brutal. Only lasted a few days at least. Covid tests were negative. --- Be sure to smash that block button, delete, and unsubscribe ... Copied to Clipboard!

Amoxicillin finish the whole prescription or else it'll not go away completely. also to note i caught strep once in the 10th grade. same problems as you. had to take a blister pack of antibiotics for 10 days (i started feeling better after the 2nd day, but had to continue taking antibiotics). --- Republicans " hold together like a ball of lusty ticks" - drclaeys ...
