I'd say there's a good chance nothing was wrong with it that would entail a re-do. I have family members that have gotten yelled at several times for putting "too much juice" in soup.

We can't tell who started what, but from the video you can see the fight is taking place from behind the counter, so that means the customer crossed it to fight to employee. So he probably started the fight.

I have been in customer service for years. Ive been argued with, insulted to no end, filmed, and threatened. I have called the police around a dozen times. I have only been physically pushed once by this lady, which I then denied her customer service.

I remember the meeting with my management abut that. I'm a supervisor, and I remember I told my boss's that should have not argued, shut up, de escalate, and help the customer. Which I knew, that would be what they would tell me to do.

I have a three strike rule now. If I see we're heading towards an argument. I just help, and move them on. Back when I was a lead. I used to threaten them, call the police for loitering after being denied service. I've been talked to about that since the promotion.
